Whiskey is a type of alcoholic beverage distilled from fermented grain mash. Depending on the brand different whiskeys are made with barley, malted barley, rye, malted rye, wheat, and corn. Most whiskies are aged in wooden oak barrels.

Whiskey Drink Recipes

Bloodball

  • 3 parts Bourbon
  • 6 parts Tomato Juice
  • 1 part Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper

Flaming Blow Job

  • 1 bottle Whiskey
  • 2 gal Everclear
  • 1 qt Chocolate Milk
  • 5 cans Whipped Cream

Pour all ingredients into a large punchbowl. Spray all five cans of whipped cream on top of the bowl, ignite, and let burn. Serve.

Irish Car Bomb

  • 1/2 shot Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 3/4 pint Guinness stout

Add the Whiskey with the Bailey's in a shot glass and layer the Bailer's on bottom. Pour Guinness into Pint glass. Drop shot glass into Guinness and chug fast!

Irish Coffee

  • 2 parts Irish Whiskey
  • 4 parts Hot Coffee
  • 1.5 parts cream
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar

Jack & Coke

  • 1 part Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • 3 parts Coca-Cola

Jack Rogers

  • 1 Part Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • 3 Parts Coca-Cola
  • 1 oz Grenadine Syrup

Optional top with cherry

Manhattan

  • 1 part Sweet Vermouth
  • 1-4 parts Whiskey
  • dash of Angostura Bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a glass. Top it off with a cherry.

Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Whiskey
  • 1 Sugar Cube
  • 2 Dashes of Bitters

Shirley Temple Black (Dirty Shirley)

  • Johnny Walker Black
  • Ginger Ale
  • Grenadine Syrup
  • Orange Juice
