Did you go out to an awesome party last night and drink too much? We all know hangovers are the worst, everything feels too bright and your head is constantly pounding. Well we have some tips, remedies and cures for your hangover.

The best way to prevent getting a hangover the next day is to drink water throughout the night. Alcohol causes your body to become dehydrated since drinking makes you want to pee more often. By drinking water the night before you help your body from getting really dehydrated and thus decrease the chance of you getting a hangover the next day.
The next thing you want to do after drinking lots of water is eat some food. The best kind of food is to eat solid foods like bread, buns, a burrito, pizza.. ect. This is helpful because the food will help absorb the alcohol and cause less of an effect on you since you are no longer on an empty stomach.
The third thing that is helpful for preventing a hangover is to take a multivitamin or a magnesium pill. It has been shown that people who have more magnesium in their diet suffer less of a hangover.
In the Morning
Unfortunately there is no official cure for a hangover but we have a bunch of tips that will still help you feel better. The reason you are feeling like crap is because of last night and nothing can reverse the damage that has been done. Taking Tylenol or Ibuprofen will help but it is not recommended because there is a chance it could cause liver damage.
